As with all our weekend courses great emphasis is placed on the culinary experience of our guests. The bootcamp weekends focus on healthy, lean dishes that can fuel the body for the rigours of the weekend and flood the system with super nutrients without causing sluggishness. Each dish is perfectly designed to give delight to to the tastebuds and a boost to the body. We use local ingredients, organic where possible, simply shown off to their best and everything is made in house. Breakfast lunch and dinner are served in the dining room of the manor house.

Accomodation for the weekends is in our lovely cottages rather than just rooms so guests have plenty of space to relax.

The weekends run from Thursday 4pm until Sunday 6pm enabling guests to achieve the maximum results in the shortest amount of time.

Thursdays will consist of an early evening yoga session followed by dinner.

The schedule for Friday and Saturday will be as follows:

08.301 hr stretching and warm-up session
09.30Breakfast. Two delicious courses designed to fuel your day and support your body whilst making you feel utterly indulged
10.302 hr session consisting of 55mins cardio, a break for fresh juice to replenish the energy sources and then 55mins strength conditioning known as the “hour of power”
12.45Lunch. Three small, light courses packed with flavour and nutrition to give your body a complete boost without any heaviness
14.00A guided walk of approx. 2 hrs through stunning Dorset countryside
16.45Tea. A freshly made smoothie packed with vitamins, anti-oxidants and protein and a super-boost muffin
17.301 hr session of powerful but serene yoga sequences on the breath to quiet mind and body and round off the day’s incredible achievements, leaving you feeling calm, strong and focussed
19.30Dinner - Three light courses that will feel like the reward you so richly deserve without undoing all the hard work

Sunday will follow the same schedule but end after tea.

A sports therapy masseur and other treatment specialists are available to come to the cottages at your request. A detailed list of treatments and therapists will be sent to guest prior to arrival should they wish to book.

£420pp in a shared room or £480 in a private room. Price includes all food, accommodation, training sessions, yoga sessions, water bottles, equipment and guided walks. Massages and other treatments are not included.

One-day Option
For local Bodyshockers there will be the opportunity to join the bootcamp for the Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday at a cost of £70pp per day.
