The second of our Grape & Graze evenings is celebrating one of the finest ingredients Dorset has to offer — Seafood.
Sally from Sally’s Fish camp will be bringing not only her usual stock of the most luxurious fish and shellfish but also her amazing personality and fizzing enthusiasm for all things fishy. This evening will be all about fun and getting stuck in (don’t wear a white top!), with Sally on hand to help you understand the roles that the seasons and the environment have on the production of seafood, and how best to enjoy it at home.
Jamie ‘The Wine Guy’ is not one for clichés, so you won’t find any Muscadet or Kiwi Sauvignon in tonight’s line-up! Instead he’s drawn together some outlandishly delicious bottles from Slovenia, Germany, Spain and Australia, including an Albarino that’s been aged underwater for 6 months (we’ll enjoy 6 of the 60 bottles that have been allocated to the UK!) and a double magnum of Provence’s most highly awarded luxury rosé.
