An evening with Rachel Roddy & Ilaria Padovana

A discussion with food writer and Guardian Feast columnist Rachel Roddy along with Ilaria Padovana of Mercato Italiano on the perceptions, accessibility and place of Italian produce and recipes in British kitchens. This talk looks at the produce and dishes of four regions and a tasting supper will highlight the best those regions have to offer. There will also be wines from those regions to taste on the night, as well as the opportunity to purchase signed books from Rachel, produce from Mercato Italiano, and wines from Marshwood Manor. A welcome glass of prosecco from Veneto and all tasting included in ticket price. Full bar available on site.
